While some might consider snoring as a normal sleeping problem on people, it has some things to consider which is bad in our body.
Snoring while sleeping can mean a serious problem to your body; this may be a cause of some internal problem due to bad eating and diet habits. Another cause of snoring is a serious sleeping disorder which is called “Obstructive Sleep Apnea”.
It not only concern your bed partner, but also concerns in the unhealthy sleeping pattern you habitually experience, the best thing you can do is to check assistance from a medical experts since they know what is best to prescribe in order to stop such disorder.

You can't overcome it really, some people just snore..
You an help make it snore not so loud though- avoid getting stressed and so tired- since it makes the snore really louder.

my husband sometimes snoar when he is asleep,I always shake him, then he will stop.I think snoar is not a big problem, it's ok for me, it does not bring me any troubles.

I can't really say how you can overcome this problem, since it's basically a part of you. I snore too, I don't know when it started but I can't get rid f it. One ti though, don't get overfatigue or too tired or you'll snore louder than usual.

Honestly, you don't necessarily need to do anything about it unless it disrupts your normal breathing pattern or if you aren't sleeping right. If it is like that your doctor may have you use something that tilts your jaw foward while you sleep that stops the snoring. Consult your doctor to see if you are in need of this treatment.
