hi there my friend. that may be a serious problem for your health. i think you've done too much work recently that you may have lessen your sleep and may have skipped meals. you deserve some rest and have more time to enjoy yourself not just focus on your work. taking multivitamins would help lessen your stress and could give you enough resistance to any diseases, and also to take a good care of your brain. keep safe my friend and see you around!

That happens to me too. Just the other day while I was about to leave the house, I was asking my son if he saw my handphone anywhere, and we were both searching high and low for it not knowing that I was having it in my hand together with my wallet all the time. Sign of old age, I guess, LOL! Yes, sometimes too many things on our mind can cause us to forget things easily.

Oh yes I have experience this at times, and usually it is when I have 10 - 15 different things going. It is such an exhausting feeling as when it has happened. Sometimes we need to take a deep breath and back track a little bit. I know that when I do this I get wound up and am too hard on myself. Take care of yourself jornz
