Can i use debit card to verify Alertpay and Paypal?

You I'm trying to look for answers from anyone if i can use a debit card in verifying my alertpay and paypal account. I don't want to use my credit card so my option is to use a debit card... So I hope someone/anyone could answer my inquiry. I'm a newbie user in these kind of things so forgive me for being ignorant. Thanks in advance for those who would answer my question ^_^

i have used to verify using my debit card .
first you need to enter debit card details in payppal
paypal sends two small amounts of money to account you need to verify by entering exact amounts in paypal

I've never used Alertpay, so I don't know what they accept, but with Paypal you can use a debit card. :)

Since you are in the Philippines, you can use Union bank's Eon card to verify your Alertpay and Paypal account. Go to your nearest Union Bank branch, bring 2 ID and apply for an eon card. After a week, you can get your eon card and pay for P350 annual service fee. You have to deposit around P500 because you will need to have fund at your eon card which will be used to verify your Alertpay andPaypal account, this amount will also be reflected back to you Paypal account or Alertpay account after verification process. I think having eon card is the smartest and easiest way to verify and withdraw your money from these accounts. If you find difficulty in verifying your accounts, there are so many articles and threads online regarding the step by step procedure on how to do it.

Yeah... that's what i have been planning to get that that union bank eon card! Yeah I agree with you I have read from those threads that its the best thing to get for your alertpay and paypal. Thanks for the advice really informative ^_^

Yes you can use your debit card or credit card in order to verify your AlertPay account. I do not recall on PayPal though, but I know for sure on AlertPay, because I just recently opened an AlertPay account and confirmed part of it by linking my credit card to it.
