What happened Logiptc

From two days the homepage of logiptc is not opening, this also happened before but the site come back, but dont know what will happen to it now. I also had some amount in it, and for me it was a good ptc as i reached the same amount i reached in neobux or onbux but almost in less than half the time it took me to reach in neobux or onbux. These days ptc sites are becoming very unstable dont know why, but they should do something. And are you also experiencing this with logiptc or something is wrong with me only.
