I started adding Kimchi in the food I eat. I find it good with fried dishes. It is healthy. It made me remember my college thesis on pepper. The kimchi has cabbage with lots of chili pepper. The chili pepper is helpful in inflammation, in heart diseases and it is reach in vitamins

i have tried that too. Korean kimchi is undoubtedly the healthiest food on the planet. In a tradition dating back thousands of years, vegetables are pickled and and combined in a multitude of ways that suit every taste. Kimchi is sometimes spelled "kimchee", but I prefer the "chi" spelling because that is the spelling of the oriental word chi (gi, ki) that translates as "nature energy" or "inner energy". And kimchi lives up to its name.

Wow, your going for Korean food now. I had tried kimchi just a week ago. It is a very interesting dish. I realized that eating it was not my kind of thing.I have watched lots of korean movies before. My mouth gets watery when I see those dishes. When I ate kimchi it is chilly(I don't like hot foods). I realized that if I go to korea I would definitely lose weight. I'd settle for noodles. I've tried the beepap too but I'm not sure that's how I should spell it. It's like rice wrapped on something grean with veggies in the middle. I've tried that to and its much better than kimchi. ^_^
