DownlineReferals.com ... Appears to be a scam - BEWARE!!

As part of some research that I am conducting, I have been checking out 10 different PTC sites. Thanks to BuxHost, they are popping up everywhere and we need to play whackamole with many of them. This site would appear to be a huge scam, and done by some people of intelligence. Payouts level 1 and level 4, confirmed, have been disabled. They are listed on BuxEssentials and I reached my minimum payout amount. BE has since been notified. DownlineReferals.com is simply taking the money of advertisers and running. And if you don't have a PTC site.. it would appear that they aren't going to advertise your stuff anyway. Head's up folks, and pass it around.
