Have you used EA Active Sports?

I just picked this game up today, haven't tried it yet, and am wondering if anyone has used it. What is your opinion on this game? Do you like it, what would you recommend that I do with it? I like the active games which was why I bought it, and I've wanted to buy it for a while now. I'd just like some opinions. Thanks.
