My conscious is my worst enemy!

It is so true! I am realizing how bad it is and how to make it better! It is great to have a conscious but I love to let it put me down! I struggle with self-confidence. SOmetimes when I am doing something I feel I will be yelled at,something bad is going to happen or that I can't do anything right! Now I am working on not letting my conscious be negative! It is like having to personalities! Time to stop the sabotaging!

Suggestion. Just say to yourself, " I'm doing as best that I can. And if this isn't good enough? Too Bad!" You are not a failure so Stop saying that to yourself. A failure wouldn't even Try to do thw task you are doing. So see it as a victory if you Try.

I'll keep on trying! It isn't easy and this has gone on way to long! I know some of this would of gotten better sooner if I was not so stubborn which is not my best quality!

Hey! I'm stubborn too. The challenge is to balance your stubborness with an open mind. I will do things the same way until I find a better way. That's when I change , and Only then. I see being stubborn as one of my best traits.

Maybe you have depression. The reason I mention this is because I have a friend who has depression and she is constantly thinking negatively. In a week, she is going on a cruise with her bf, but she keeps talking about if she will be able to do the activities...her hair never goes right for her....on and on it goes. We all see it as an adventure and would be excited, but she is seeing all the bad things about it. UGH! It is so hard having a friend with depression. So, maybe you should schedule an appointment with your doctor and talk about these negative thought, before it goes on too long. Hope it all turns out great for you.

Yes I do suffer from depression. I am on meds whcih take the edge off. I only see a doctor for this problem a few times a year. I used to see one one regualar basis but I did it so long I ended up burnt out! I still am! Some of it was good but then I felt I was getting anywhere! I have an appointment to see my docter next friday. I know I should get more therapy! Maybe I will get up the nerve to do so next friday!

I think one has to start thinking positive and conscious will also start giving positive and exact result. Its a third eye and it is always right. I have my experience, when i rejected my conscious mind i failed the competition. When i started acting like that i got the positive results. Hope you also get the same result. enjoy :)

I am right now in the beginning of trying to giving myself positive results! Right now I hit a speed bump! It has knocked me off the path! It is a minor health isssue lots of people have from time to time which I'm currently dealing with! Once this matter is cleared up I wwill be back on the right road!
