You don't have to "add funds" or "put money" into PayPal, you simply need to have a source of funds connected to the account. There are a few ways you can do this. All of these methods are added from the My Account - Profile section. The first, and easiest/fastest method, is adding your credit card or debit card to your account. The second is adding a bank account. This takes a few business days as they need to verify with your bank that it is in fact your account. The third is to go to Wal-Mart and get a pre-paid Visa card. These work well because you can often times reload them with money. Just add them the same way as you add a normal credit/debit card.
