Changes to paypal, user agreement for india.....

Hi Have u received the mail from paypal saying upcoming changes to paypal user agreement for india with effect from 1 march 2011.... What do you mean by this?

i heared about this change for Indian people i think paypal will not become populary payment processors used for Indians people and so far from what i have read its because paypal din't want become a regulated bank

I dont know whats wrong with them. But its very difficult to unvarified paypal users. Hope to get some solutions here.

RBI has taken this step to stop all the Black money outflow from and into India. All this has happened because some people have mis-used the system. Only becuase of some people thousands of other people suffer too.

Yes, I have also got message from Paypal. I do not understand that if we have to transfer our funds from Paypal to India within 7 days of the receipt of our payment from third parties but paypal do not allows to transfer funds less than $10, then if we receive less than $10 then how it will be transferred to our account. Will Paypal allow us to transfer any amount if it will be less than that $10 in its new rule? If anybody knows details please expalain me the details.

Hi Thanks for responding! Its very difficult to transfer within 7 days, Our most of the earnings will go to them as a transfer charges. I really dont know what to do. Lets hope for the best! Good luck
