My favorite is sidetick as other people commented that it only pays for certain countries and quickrewards. I have other favorites too. quickrewards has a referral situation but it doesn't pay very good you don't get nothing for them joining and you only get something like 3% of what they make which isn't much. Good luck on finding a good site.

Mylot is the best website, I have not come across such a great and legit website yet.
