as far as i remember this is the first time that rained cats and dogs for straight three days now. the streets are flooding and it's very dangerous for vehicles to pass since you can't identify whether there are holes along the way or worst you can sink into big canals. we have a huge canal in downtown which part of it is not covered properly. the city government hasn't done anything to it.they will just put action if there is already a victim.
