Random traffic to my blog... ?

I've been getting a lot of random traffic to my personal blog and when I go to the referring website(s) it looks like a randomizer, like a Stumble Upon kind of site. I am not sure how I feel about this. On the one hand it's traffic. On the other I'm not getting any feedback from it, not getting any responses. I don't know who is visiting, what they are getting out of the stories I'm writing. Have you been getting these hits on your blog as well?

Don't feel anything. Just let them come and read your posts. I don't think there is any reason to be paranoid abut this. I have my own blog and I write in several other articles. Sometimes I promote my articles in different sites like stumbleupon, facebook, LinkedIn etc. I get a lot of traffic from StumbleUpon. Many people visit StumbleUpon to read quality articles. Posting links on StumbleUpon will only improve your rankings. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.

I'm like you. Of course I love getting traffic to my website, but I don't like when I don't get any feedback, especially when I specifically ask for it. What kind of stories do you write for your blog?
