Sinus infections, or leaning over a hot bowl with towel draped over head, also works.

I like having a nice hot steamy shower when my head is stuffed up, it really helps to clear your sinuses. I have tried the towel trick too.

It really works. I went to this doctor because I was having problems breathing. And that's what he said.

these are all the things that I do for my sinus infections also. I also do this if I have a bad head cold. I don't like to take medicine of any kind if I can help it, I like to do things naturally, and these are a few of the things that I do also.

i don't take hot showers for any relief, just too cold to use cold water.
