Primary Education must be in native language. Now a days it's major issue in some countries. There is many problems for children to understand second language. First of all environment. What do you think about environment and language of learning?

Children learn more if taught in their native language. They can understand better and give responses to stimulus better than if taught in a second language. Having to learn a second language should start when they are ready and more equip to grab knowledge taught in a language other than their own. Environment plays a vital role in learning. It should be a tuned to learning condition, should provide positive stimulus and if this will be not meet, then learning could not be possible!

I agree that environment, especially the home environment plays a HUGE role in a child's language learning in particular. They need to have that carryover in more than the education setting. It would be very difficult for a child to say, learn English, when Russian is their native language in the home and they only hear Russian outside of school.
