Who will be the man of the series in this world cup?

Dear Kamlesh, To select the best contenders for the man of the series, we have to look at teams that have a possibility of reaching the semi finals. My pick on those teams will be India, South Africa, England, Australia or Sri Lanka. Now, I can nominate possible winners from these teams. INDIA- Sachin Tendulkar, Sehwag, Yousuf Pathan South Africa- Jaques Kallis, Hashim Amla, Morne Morkel ENGLAND- Eoin Morgan, Jonathan Trott AUSTRALIA- Shane Watson, Ricky Ponting, SRI LANKA- Kumaar Sangakara, Angelo Mathews, Lasith Malinga I believe, the above given players are either consistent performers or impact players. In the sub continent pitches, it is such players that prove to be of maximum value. On personal note, I would love Sachin to bag this award........ BIIIIG FAAAAN. :D Share your views..... Balu

I guess Yusuf has a great chance to get the one this time.... Though Sachin would play some lovely innings, I donno if he can play all the matches this time... He might be given rest in some of the matches... And for India to win, Yusuf needs to perform and if Yusuf performs then there is no chance that India are gonna lose this time...

Being an Indian I would like to see the Man of the Series trophy in the hand of some Indian like Sehwag or Tendulkar. But it is very difficult to predict correctly so early. we can start predicting after seeing few matches, at least when the knock out stage will begin. I will love to see Sachin Tendulkar taking MOM and MOS with the WC trophy after winning the WC. That would be the perfect picture

It is too early to predict the man of the series of this world cup. There are a lot of good players for this title.. I would like to see Sachin Tendulkar with this title this time.

From India i would suggest Sachin,Bhaji for that post.Apart from india i would suggest for Watson,Franklin,Morgan,Malinga.

Hi Kamalesh, There are so many favorites for that spot.Mostly all the players would like to get the award for their performance in the upcoming World cup.I expect Sachin to bag the award as it could be his last World cup appearance.Other favorites could be Ricky Ponting,Kevin Petersen,Hashim Amla and Jacques Kallis.These are only for the batsmen.The bowlers could be Brett,Steyn,Morne,Zaheer and Johnson.It will be an exciting event for this year. Hi kamlesh, Will it not be better and easier to take a Nagaland lottery, if it is still existing, and win some crores of Rupees than predict the man of the series for the world cup? But being an Indian I would hope either Pathan or Sehwag or Tendulkar fire up to win the trophy for themselves and world cup for India. Let us wish them and rest of the team members all the best to do that.
