Heart Attack!

i see it metaphorically. what you're trying to tell is the pain that someone feels directly on his chest (where the heart is specifically located) whenever he feels down or the like. first of all, yes i got friends, but i never trusted somebody else but my own eversince i experienced the times when some of friends betrayed me. yes, that's very painful indeed, and somehow felt like a heart attack as you pulled it. nowadays it is really hard to put your trust on someone, even your closest friends could do something bad to you without noticing it. so we must be really careful at all times.
