how do you maintain your weight?

I eat in proportion and exercise twice a week .

I've been blessed with a fast metabolism so I just eat and eat but still maintain my weight. But age can have it's nasty effect so lately I need to shed a few pounds. Not because I'm getting heavier or fat, it's just that I feel it's not the built I'm comfortable with. But exercise does help a lot. And always eat less amount of food per meal but have 5-6 meals in a day. It gives my metabolism not too big a work out each time :)
