How they are paying (Or all are just Scam!!) ?

Well... I have wondered many PTC sites and show advertisement for which they are paying to see. Most of the advertisement on any sites contains the advertisement of some other PTC sites or their own sites. Again if you will visit the advertised site, they also contain the advertisement of previous site and increasing your pay by some tiny amount. Even if they are paying then what is the creative things there which are giving amount to them to pay us or they are just mocking on us who want to earn without investing and cheating who are investing ? What do you feel and observe guys ? Thanks...
