i need ways to smile

here it nearly half past 3 in the afternoon, no one is home. sitting alone is sometimes can be boring and irritating. i usually can find ways to make me happy but today im not able to make myself. so here i need to tell me how can i make my day smiling till the times my parents come. i know you all have something interesting to share. everyone has different ways of being happy.so let me hear them and that might help me too.

I know this was posted hours ago, but for future times you feel this way you can try some of the following: 1. Write a list of all the things you are thankful for (often called a gratitude list) 2.do some free writing (just sit and write down any thing that comes to mind) you might be surprised what you come up with. 3. if possible, go out side and be silent and just observe what you see. 4. Surf online for music you like on places like you tube. 5. clean something (under your bed, a closet, the fridge be creative. 6. draw a picture. 7 call a friend 8.volunteer for some one or a place that needs free help (an animal shelter, a food pantry, etc.) find a new hobby, like painting, making jewelry, singing, playing an instrument, plant a garden.... 9. make a blog about something you are interested in. it can be really fun and you can learn a lot about your self and others. blog.come is free and easy. 10. find some free site to play games, FB has games like family feud, bingo etc. there is also a free site called tothegames.com that you can play free games for fun, cards, word games and you compete against others. one word of caution. when you are doing things online, never give out personal info like where you live, your real name or school, or phone number to strangers, EVEN after you have known them for a while. People can pretend to be fun and :normal" online only to be some nut case looking for their next prey. Be Well!

Hi. I can't tell you what to do but I can suggest things that you shouldn't do :) Like you should not listen to sad music or watch films or TV series with a sad plot. You should not just sit around and do nothing. You should not look at the clock or think about the time. And you should not forget to eat. Hope this helps a little :)
