Filesonic earn rate?

Does anybody know Filesonic's earn rate? I heard somewhere that it was $30 for 1000 downloads, but that just seems insane! Can somebody clear this up for me... Thanks, in advance, for your help.

There are many file hosting company which offering such rate for uploaders but there are some rules like file size should be over 400 MB and downloader should be from tire 1/A country like US & UK.
