What about the paypal in india?

I have a paypal verified account but the minimum amount to withdraw is the 10$ but Rbi has send the guidelines we cannot keep the balance in the paypal account what about this things can you then how to transfer money to my bank account? pls help me

The existing rules for transaction will soon change. Please read http://bizcovering.com/business/paypal-india-explanation-for-new-policy-updates/ to know more about the new PayPal policy for Indian users. According to the new guidelines you can withdraw amount as low as $1 form your PayPal account. However, PayPal has yet to settle the new system for calculating transaction fees. Most probably, they will deduct a percentage of the amount of money transferred, but it's yet to be decided.
