Plants That Have Soul

Plants give oxygen for us to live. Plants need energy to have food, but I am surprise when I heard from my friend about plants that eat meat. I did not know in real life that there are indeed plants, that eat meat. It was called meat-eating plants. This meat-eating plants have this smell that attracts prey. If the insects land on its surface of this meat-eating plants, the leaf will cause to snap shut and the insects will die. This meat-eating plants need food to survive. Plants have genes, but plants also need food like human. Plants need to survive like human. So, if plants die, do they also have eternal life which is for all of us called heaven?
