Do you think Australia will regret leaving Hussey out of the world cup squad?

Australia have decided to leave the talisman Mike Hussey out of their world cup squad. After a winter when a lot of players lost form, Hussey was one of a handful of players who was playing magnificently before his injury. Do you think Australia will regret this decision or at the age of 34(I think) is now time to pass the baton onto somebody younger and think of the future?

Cricket Australia is forced to kep Hussey and Hauritz out of the world cup squad because of the injury. It is not that hussey has been kept out for form or because of his age. As you rightly pointed out it is Hussey, Watson, Haddin and other handful of players who have performed for Australia this summer. Australian batting line up will struggle in absence of Hussey in Indian conditions against quality spinners. Hussey with his sound technique against quality spinners was most successful Australian player in their last tour of India. He has been replaced by Callum Ferguson, who is new to Indian conditions and bound to struggle.

I saw an interview with Hussey, and he said that he would be possibly be fit for the 2nd game, but definately fully fit for the 3rd game. I think it's a hugh gamble. I'd rather have Hussey in my squad even not fully fit than no Hussey at all. I think his experience would be crucial
