Make a PTC site with me??

Hi! My name is Tomas, and i am a young member, who wants to make a PTC/BUX site with some of you guys. It would be perfect if we could be a team of 3-4 people who can make this site together, or just two of us. Of-coarse we will share both earnings and investments. I want serious people, and some skill in programing would be appreciated. I can: HTML, CSS and some PHP (PHP= very basic). As you may see, I am NOT from the UK or any other English-speaking countries, but i can talk, write, read and understand without any problems. I want to make a trusted PTC-site, not a scam one, witch is important. Best regards/ Tomas
