Can anyone list down for an asian female like me to eat healthily plus losing weight? I found it really hard to lose weight these days especially I hardly exercise and I like going to cinema eating caramel popcorn and drinking large coca-cola. Then I go back home and have dinner again. I eat 3 times a day heavily each meal. I also like vege but I found nothing to cook with vege and all meals are repetitive. I want some new dishes. I hope I am not adding more kgs by doing so. Please help.

You are so beautiful in that picture that I realy don't know for what you're talking about. The right way is to eat a little bit but often!

I think that it is difficult for us to tell because each body has a unique metabolism requirement and therefore we all differ in the amount of calorie our body burns, that's just my opinion, because I was told once that my metabolism is fast so no matter how heavy I eat I don't gain weight, and I desperately want to. So I suggest that you see a physician about the proper diet that could help you slim down healthily.

I have dedicated a blog that discusses a diet that allows you to eat. You may want to check my page and visit the site. I really believe that if you know the good stuff, you can eat a lot and still lose weight.

I have one friend who are desperately wanted to thin down, what she did was to only take "beehoon" soup everyday. Not a single dish with rice. And she had that for almost half a year and she really lose her weight. Of course at the same time, you have to control yourself not to take those oily and sweet caramel popcorn and gassy drink. No pain no gain, beauty is pain.

Eat paleolithic foods. Meat, fruits, vegetables, and true nuts and seeds. None of that processed stuff, and definitely no grains or milk products- those are some of the worst things you can put into yourself.
