spider veins

Two years ago, I had schlerotherapy to remove some of those unsightly spider veins. Unfortunately, my work demand that I be on my feet most of the time. Now I see, the return of my evil foe. I have seen some brochures that about some medicines and creams for spider veins. Does that work? Whats your opinion?

I really dont know if that really works or effective because I have not tried any of them. Although I have spider veins too. but I am just ignoring it and never take chance to worried about it.
