I tried so many kinds of diet but they seemed to be not working... Maybe because I'm hypothyroid. Can you suggest some diet tips?

I lose weight, but then get stressed and eat terribly, so I gain the weight back and then some :/ Hypothyroidism probably isn't helping with weight loss. Your best bet is probably to talk to a doctor about losing weight. In terms of general diet- you just need to watch what you eat. Fad diets don't work in the long run. It's just got to be a lifestyle change. Hidden calories are everywhere, too. You may think a chicken Caesar salad is low-calorie, but the Caesar dressing is FULL of calories. If you need a salad dressing, use an oil based dressing. It's even better if you don't really pour a dressing on the salad. I dip my fork into a little container of dressing and then eat my salad.

I always watch what I eat. In the office, when they offer me some foods, I'd answer back, "I'm on a diet" just to get away with unhealthy foods. Guess I'm really super healthy.. hehe..

Switch your eating plan over to paleolithic style; not only will you go to your natural weight, but other parts of your health will improve too-your mind will be sharper, you won't ever get cavities or other teeth problems, your organs will be fit, your skin will be smooth, and so on....

I kind of succeeded by drinking a lot of coffee instead of meals and stayed up all night... what an unhealthy way...but it did the job!

There is a weight loss program that allows you to eat tasty dishes and you still lose weight. You will just take an assessment to determine your body type so that you can design your own meal plan. I touched several of the pointers on my website, you may check my page to see a link. I am in the process of gathering as much information as I can to put on my blog to share with people who cannot keep themselves from eating but really like to lose weight.

I tried a lot of diet plans.. none of them worked because they all interfere with my sickness... I'm hypothyroid and acidic...

Diets are silly IMO. If you want to lose weight, eat what you feel like eating. But don't go too far with sugary/greasy foods. And another thing: make your portions smaller. That's the key to weightloss. If you used to take, for example 3 boiled potatoes and 2 pieces of steak for lunch, then now take 2 potatoes and 1 piece of steak. Catch my drift? :)

I'm cutting down my food intake like no rice for diner.. I also don't eat greasy foods.. But still not working. Maybe because I'm hypothyroid.

For weight loss, diet + exercise would be the best. Especially that you're hypothyroidism, you should exercise daily. Dieting alone needs a lot of time and effort and sometimes you end up craving much more especially if you're using the wrong diet. With exercise, you can lose weight much faster and it would be really healthy. I don't have the slim figure but I was really active. I was a cheerleader and I dance a lot during my college days that's why I had a sexy body before. I also went to gym for muscle toning. But now I was kinda busy and already forgot my exercise routine and I hardly control my diet. I gained weight and hopefully I can bring back my previous figure.

yup, it's hard to be on a diet when you're hypothyroid... I do brisk walk every morning when going to work.. But I don't think that's an exercise. I watch my diet now, but I think it's not working yet.
