While Republicans are trying to get our money ($179M) back from the UN, but was shot down

The US is footing a $100 million dollar security upgrade

And now UN Ambassador Susan Rice says we need to "strengthen" the UN and not "starve" it.

I know most people here agree with me that the US should either cut back or cut off the UN. Is Washington just not getting the message?

The very least we should do is "get the US out of the UN and the UN out of the US."
The UN is one of the most corrupt bodies and is a tool of those imposing the NWO
on our flailing world by trying to remove US sovereignty.
They take our money and mock us. Starvation is too good for the UN.
Too many in DC are in league with the NWO groups, from the usurper in chief down. Many are part of the many forces intent on our destruction, such as the Council on Foreign Relations, etc.
US sovereignty is the last vestige of true freedom in a world gone mad. We and Israel are the enemies of the UN and their ilk.

How very sad. Apparently most Americans are, thus, non thinking to have "elected" nonthinkers.

It's obvious several Congressmen/women didn't get the message. I know how my Congressman voted, and he was on the losing side. I hope people are watching these votes and vote appropriately in 2012. Susan Rice can talk all she wants, but it's extremely doubtful I'll change my mind about the U.N. Many parts of it are corrupt, useless, of no value to the U.S., etc. I know how we can avoid the security problems around the U.N., move it to some other country and let them pay for it. And then we could avoid the billion in renovation...
