My experiences with poetry

when I was younger I tried to write poetry but never realy seemend to get anywhere. Then a few years ago I tried again and arter a few attemps seemed to come up with something that people liked.
What is your experience with poetry?

I love to write and then other things like poems and stories.I've always written but so far nothing I posted somewhere.This is my passion to write to read.

I am not really a poetic person. But I find my poetic side if only I am in love. That's the only time I could write poems and love letters to my beau. But if I am not, I would not feel being poetic in what I am writing so I am really a moody person when it comes to writing or being a poet.
