I read a book saying the thought about computers releasing radiation to users is exaggerated especially with computers today. Much of the computers today are Energy Star compliant, meaning, computers today no longer release that level of radiation as they used to be. To be sure you are not affected by computer radiation, if ever there is still radiation, keep your distance from the computer monitor at arms length. Also take a break for a while looking at a distance, or blink your eyes every 5 or 10 seconds. These will certainly helps.
