Neobux Admins Do Respond To Members Concerns.

I would like to share my first experience about being responded to by an admin of neobux about my concern. I had a concern about changing ISP and if they will still allow me to access my account using the new ISP, and a concern about bringing myLaptop on a vacation and what if I can not click everyday for a week. Surprisingly, they responded and assured me that as long as I am the only Neobux user in my computer and the new internet connection, I am Safe. Also, they answered my worry over not being able to click for a week when on a vacation. They implied that if 30 days I am inactive, account will be termporarily suspended and if it continues to the 60th day, it will be PERMANENTLY suspended. It's feels so good being responded to by one of their representatives and I am happy of their service. It's understandable that maybe sometimes they can not respond right away but as long as they apologize for the late response and give us something that we expect, that feeling is so refreshing! I am beginning to love Neobux more and more. Maybe there are other mylotters who have the same concern, I hope that sharing this experience of mine will answer some doubts. Happy Mylotting!

dear Michael, thanks for sharing this with us :) It's important in days like this, when neobux and onbux mebers start to doubt about the site and call their admins "scammers". You gave us the proof that THEY DO RESPOND to members if there's a problem, so thanks again. You're right when you say that admins can't respond to all members immediately; i mean, neobux has thousands and thousands members...how many admins are there? LOL Have a nice day and good earnings! :)

It's a pleasure to share such experieence greenbunny so that others will know and their doubts will be cleared. Right? Just so you know that the concern I raised had already been answered in advance by some people at their forum before support responded to it. But still I was glad they were able to provide more input. Admins are outnumbered by members that's why there are delays in their response so that's fine by me. hehe..

@ the greenbunny Wait, why would people doubt about NeoBux and Onbux? Are they showing signs of becoming scams?

The account suspension due to inactivity is listed in the ToS already. Why were you worried about that? Even the ISP changing thing - same IP for different user is not allowed - that is also listed in ToS.

Well at least they responded when i was new there and had a query about using mobile internet they replied me after 5 days but at least they did and certainly they are the best with no doubt whatsoever they usually take 48hrs to respond to us but sometimes it takes times
