I really want to know the real financial status of our company since were always delayed in our payroll. Most of my co-employees were angry about this thing and they don't believe on the what the management telling us on financial difficulties. However, I'm asking the higher officials they also don't know why, they're just answering that the earnings of our company was not sufficient to fund all our payables. So, just to satisfy myself, I'm planning to audit our financial records, since I have my own records I will make a move for this. But of course, this is a confidential. I just want to answer all the questions in my mind. Any suggestions or comments on this move?

Hi friend, firstly I hope you told us what your company is engaged in cause some products or services just don't do as well especially after the last down turn. Has it been always like this in your company or just lately? Delayed payments most of the time is a bad sign that all is not well with your company. I don't think it's necessary to do a financial audit if it's not needed, it's just a waste of your time that you can devout looking for another company just in case.

I suppose it would be best to run an accrual and or cash basis reporting of where all the money is going. The best program for this is Quick books but of course you would have to enter and reconcile each month from the beginning of time. I suppose because it is a business that you do have some form of accounting and a simple report can be generated. Basically there you can see how much comes in in a given time period and to what categories of your business the expenses is applied too. Best of luck as it does sound like financially there is some concern.

If i was you i would try to keep other option ready if this company kick employees out.Reason can be anything.May be company just dont need more people so they are doing drama and want people leave themselves. Start looking for other job or extra source of income.

Great, do it. We should get paid when we did our works, not being put on hold till who knows when. If you do have a mean and skill to audit your own company, thai is great. That way you will know in advance if the company you are working with is a healthy company or if it is in trouble. By knowing this, you will have time to plan your move by finding another job.
