The price of the cheapest harley is 4 times more than the price of a hatchback car.I wonder what is the point in buying a motorcycle that has such a huge price tag.A car is a car.Even the smallest hatchback would give better comfort than a costliest motorcycle. In car you can drive during monsoon without getting wet,you can turn on the air conditioner and listen to music.
Moreover a middle class indian would most probably not spend this much money for a motorcycle as well. Will you buy a suzuki 800cc car for 5000$ or buy a 800cc Harley for 15000$!

If I had the chance to own a Harley Davidson over a car I would certainly choose a Harley as it's not a car that's one vital difference you fail to really recognise not everyone wants to own a car even if it is cheaper. Also a Harley Davidson in terms of motorcycles is like buying a porshe in car terms. While a Harley's more expensive it would certainly be my first choice.

Why? Dude, because it isn't just a motorcycle it's a Harley, lol. . There is a certain prestige that comes with a Harley. Harley Davison is what the spirit of motorcycling is all about. Nearly everyone who rides motorcycles regularly wants to get a Harley some day. Not to mention the fact that they are just a really well made and superior bike.
