according to psychologists howard s. friedman and leslie r.martin,first,the key personality preditor of a long life was conscientiousness.ones with such personality developed healthy patterns and maintained them.next,happy people are healthier.having a job you feel engaged in;a good education; a good,stable relationship;being involved with other people--those things cause health and happiness.then,stress isn't so bad.it was said that those who were the most involved and dedicated to accomplishing things stayed healthiest and lived longest.but it's not good if you're overwhelmed by stress.finally,to make yourself healthier,the best thing you can do is to thing about the kinds of people you spend time with.one of the secrets of longevity is to join social groups and choose hobbies or jobs that lead you naturally to healthier patterns and activities.

There is only one secret to a long live . Reduce the poison that gets into your body every day . Our food is contaminated with poison , the air we breath and the clothes we wear even the rooms we life in . All in tiny doses but it sum up staying in your body and causing disease . If we eat good food , breath clean air , wear clean clothes and have buildings without those nasty stuff in it we could life for 200+ years and would still be healthy .
