Business day for the PTC sites..

Except few PTC sites almost all of the sites( paying sites at the moment) used to pay the members after 7-10 business days. But they are receiving payments from the members all of the days. In fact they are paying the members even on Saturdays and Sundays.Hence we can say Saturday and Sundays are working days for them.Then why do they follow these holidays only in extending the payment duration?I am seeing the payments made everyday by a suspicious site.But the payments are too low and they are not paying the high payouts. Then how they say that the Saturday and Sundays are holidays to them? How do deal them? Can we trust the site?
