People who cannot forgive other's dark past.

I do not get why people judge other people based on the dark past and some people cannot just move on from it and still brings that up from time to time. I think if one wants to be forgiven for their past mistakes, they should also learn how to forgive other people.

Yes, this happens most of the time. Most people find it very hard to forgive someone who has hurt them in the past even if that person has been penitent. It is human nature to not trust someone who has committed a crime howsoever reformed he may be. There are some people who have gone to prison for some crime. If after finishing their sentence they come out reformed and want seriously to turn a new leaf they find it difficult because they get no help from their old friends.People don`t want to be associated with a criminal even if he has decided to go on the lawful path because it will tarnish their name and image. Thats why such persons become bitter when they find that society does not forgive them and so they once again turn to crime and become hardened criminals. It takes a large heart to completely forgive someone who has a dark past. Only realized beings like saints can do this.

I think lets not go to the crime part anymore, but even petty stuffs makes other people unforgiving. Like when a girl used to sleep around as a form of rebellion, people will remember her as that girl that they USED to know. Its like a person does not have any right to change anymore. Its sad, really really sad. I say " he who does not sin, cast the first stone"
