Sleeping is one of the best exercise for mental health. Researches show that shortage of sleeping may generate loss of memory, restlessness and many more problems. So it is better to sleep than worrying, tensioned... Isn't it?

Generally, yes; however too much sleep can also have an adverse effect on the health. Life is pretty much just a lot of moderating.

You are absolutely right. Apart from that you mentioned, lack of sleep makes us lazy and not excited.

Yes sleeping is a good thing to do. Throughout the day, we expand a lot of effort in everything that we are going to do. Both on the physical level and the mental level. Therefore, we need to really need to sleep and get that done. Therefore we are rather recharged, are going to get everything that we need to do done. It might seem a bit of a waste to sleep sometimes but really it is a necessary evil. It is needed to help us really get through life. So sleep is important, it helps make us tick a lot.

Indeed, sufficient and restful sleep is essential to a healthy body. They say a clear day starts with a good sleep! If you do not sleep well at night and you have not done many hours of sleep all the day you are agitated, irritable, listless, sleepy and tired.Total unproductive! Everyone needs sleep, from new babies to older people.
