When clicking around travel websites, which sections do you find most helpful?

When planning a trip online, you can do more than book the flight. Many websites offer travel guides, lists of destination activities, etc. We'd love to know which online travel tools you rely on the most.

I can't wait to see the answers here, because this is something I have always wanted to do...go on vacation, out of country that actually requires air fare. I would love to know too. I want the best bang for my buck! :)

I find the public utility tool the most helpful because it contains the utilities like bathrooms, drinking facilities, etc... that tourists have to know. That's the first tool I search for.
