Barcelona!

I am off to Barcelona for 2 nights in April and although somewhere I had never considered going before I am now quite excited about going as I keep hearing good things! Have you ever been to this European city and if so what are your thoughts? Any ideas on things to do that are maybe not on the usual tourist itineraries?

I have not been there myself but I have a couple of friends who went there a few years ago on a day trip from another place in Spain. It's a City I wouldn't mind going to.

Yea it's one of those places I jsut do not know a lot about at all - I think until now it was somewhere I never expected to visit so now I am going the excitement is building! Lol I am sure I will have reviews on it once I get back! :)

I hope that you will have a lovely time in Barcelona. I haven't yet been there but have seen some of its beautiful architecture in a friend's photos. You might like to visit some of its museums and art galleries. It would be superb if you could take some photos of it from a particular viewpoint.

I have never been there. All my friend was already there, but me not :) I have been in lots of european cities, but never in Barcelona. Definitly I plan to go there, maybe this summer. As I heard is Barcelona one of the most beautiful city in the world.

Never been to Europe, but if I was given the change definitely visit Sagrada Familia the famous church and architectural structure. And of course, if you are a foorball fan CAMP NOU. :D

The main reason we are going is for the Sagrada so that we will see.....not a football fan but, like museums etc! : )
