I mean blind rage, you want to punch someone in the face angry? I'm extremely laid back, so I'm just curious.

Hi. mark98. What makes me angry is when someone tries to try me. They will do something mean just so that they can see what I will say. I don't like it when people act this way. It makes me want to curse them out and slap the wind out of them!

All through my youth I lived with this type of anger, but as I matured I learned to control it. I have not felt this for many years, but can still remember how it felt. I don't think I am laid back so much as I just avoid situations that would triger my temper.

I am a fairly easy going person. it can take quite a bit to really get me me going enough to make me angry. What can make me angry quickly is when things are said without facts to back them up. People are often hurt more than they have to be this way and that can infuriate me, especially if it concerns me.

There are only a handful of things that really put me a rage. At least enough where I would to cause some physical injury to another human being. Now granted, there are a lot of things that upset me, but really I think that there are things that just agitate you and things that make you angry. I think really that neglectful and irresponsible parents make me angry enough. You hear about these people all of the time with news and you wonder what possessed these people to become parents. Then again, most of the times its because of a lack of common sense and you can fill in the blanks. Also on a less serious note that makes me somewhat enraged, people who feel like they have to get in the last word. They just can't really understand that sometimes it is fine to let someone get in a few words. Also people who keep interrupting. Really that is disrespectful. I'm sure there are more things but really that is just what is off the top of my head at the moment.

Cruelty to animals makes so angry, the thought I am just one person and I can't really do anything to stop it...I am a vegetarian and I can't stand the way the animals are being treated that are going to be slaughtered...it makes me so angry that people don't think the feelings of animals is important...I get very angry.

According to your question, If people disagree or disapprove you then yes that will definitely makes you angry. But releasing it on someone or something is really bad. That's called offensive. You can release your anger through some effective ways though, Firstly by pounding a pillow, cry privately, or as I always do I'll write in on a paper, everything that makes you angry just list it down all the words, then finally once you're done crumple up the paper and trash it. All Done! Anger Gone! and don't forget to listen to soft and soothing musics/song.

People trying to control my life, telling me what I can and can't do. What I should laugh about and what I shouldn't laugh about. People who stick their nose in where it certainly does not belong, unless I decide to include them. People who think they know what's best for me....Gee, you would think they would be busy enough trying to run their own life instead of running mine. Yes, normally I am pretty laid back to, relaxed and happy, but it is true that everyone does have their "breaking point" and if they say they don't..."they are lying!"

i'll be very very very angry if someone makes my parent hurt. anyone, I don't care, even though my friends, or my family (grandma, grandpa, uncle, aunt, or my brother/sister, etc). I love my parent so much, the only one I want is makes them happy. anyone makes my parent to be sad, I can't forgive.

I am so angry when i am being backbitten. Why can't they just tell me upfront if they don't like any acts i made. That way, i could better understand it and correct it.

well.....i try not to get angry but the things that people do that really gets my blood boiling would have to be back-stabbers (yes, those that spread LIES about you or make you look bad). that is one of my absolute pet peeves. i also hate people who accuse you of doing something that you didn't...i think that is extremely foul and uncalled for...but so far, i am lucky that i have chosen to surround myself with shiny happy people.lol =p

In fact I am bit non-patient type of person and I get angry very easily. But right now, at this particular moment, two things make me really angry. Number one, this is the second month my boss gives me no response when or whether I'll be back to work, since I am on non-paid leave since December, 2010, like most of my colleagues. I have no clearance about my future because of his silence and I don't even dare to look for another job because I do love my job and I hope I'll be back soon. My boss's excuse is the economic crisis and his inability to pay us our salaries. But how about living without a salary? Hmm, he is the one I'd like to punch in the face right now. The second thing that drives me mad is the negative pregnancy test. I so strongly hope to have a second child that I couldn't wait for the exact date to make it so I did it earlier than the necessary. Which, of course, means I can still be pregnant but I hoped so much to see positive result today... I guess this is only my fault and the only person to be punched in the face is me...

Driving! Yes really! Morons cut into my path every now and then and make my life miserable. My wife tells me that I am being unreasonable because I am angry at something that I cannot control! I know that it is a waste of time and energy, but still react the way I do!
