Our life span of our life here on earth is 70 to 80 if we have the strength 90 to 100 but full of sufferings. when i see around people are dying, suffering from health, finances, relationship and many other things. Does God created man to be happy or to suffer? Do we have the right to question God if we are suffering right now? what would be our response in times of suffering and in times of joy?

God created us in balance, but human will always looking for granted. We want always for joy. That's why we never appreciate trial's we consider it as suffering. We don't know that trial is the main foundation of our life life being a human.

GOD created us as free men, with no sin. We have unlimited in everything because we are with GOD. Sufferings came because we chose to have sin.

i agree with you, when sin entered into the world we are separated by God and sufferings came. God cursed the woman, the serpent, and the ground, that's why we suffer because we live in a place God cursed. BUT thanks be to the Lord Jesus, because of Him we can now enter into the very presence of God through Him and we can now have fellowship with Him. because of what Christ did on the cross we are now reconciled back to God.

We were made and then placed in a paradise, right? i would say that God has not intended for men to suffer but we are here to be similar to him, in his own image and likeness... but i guess human as we are... we fall short of what was expected and hence sufferings, trials and all has come upon all of us.

I think that at any circumstance, we should be thankful. Rich or poor, healthy or sick, I believe that we should show appreciation to the gift of life he gave us. Being rich and having everything you desire does not always mean you will be happy. There are a lot who has not much to eat and has no home who always wears a smile on their faces. Being happy is a choice. I think that we exist for the other. I think that it is our obligation to make life worth living for everyone. At times we may be confused on the things happening around us but I guess that we should always have the faith and trust to his ways. Life will always be beautiful if we want it to be.

great, i like your response. it's a good thing to be thankful in everything in all circumstances. now i understand that human as we are, we cannot fathom the depth things of God, we cannot fathom His ways.

I would bring what Dr John Piper's saying:"What is most glorified when we are most satisfied in Him." You can also go to his web site to get more information about him. http://www.desiringgod.org/ God created us for His glory, if you search the Bible thoroughly, I believe that's the ultimate answer. In it, we have the answers you asked. When man first was created. He had joy with God! Not because he got so much stuff, but He got God. The reason is that He was created in the image of his creator to worship Him. God was the center of Adam and Eve-the Founder of Joy. So God originally created man to be happy. However, We need go deeper. Where's that joy come from. Answer: From God! So when Adam and Eve sinned, which brought the separation from the Holy God, Sin came in. One of the consequences sin brought about is suffering! Yet we also need to go deeper again. Suffering from what? Answer: What Sin brought suffering is the absence Joy from God. Now there's another kind suffering is not directly from sin. We can find this in Job. I noticed the suffering you talk about about may even cover both. So what we do in suffering. We complaints sometimes! We question God! Is it wrong to question God? We find Job did it in his suffering trying to get the answers, Habakkuk did it while rejoicing in his suffering knowing that the righteous shall live by his faith; Jonah did it out of his own pride and Jesus did it in His perfect obedience? See the difference here?! I am convinced what God want us to learn is that when we questioning God; Are we willing to question God in faith or out of faith? Are we willing to hear from God or just the answers? What we do in the suffering! While God taught Job in His Book: When we are in the sufferings, What we need is not answers; what we need is the Answerer! Friend! If you believe in Jesus and know Him. Then you have this Answerer, who is God! I think Romans 8 may bring you some light on this! Also. This is the link of sermons on the of job I want to recommend to you. The topic is : WHY?
