how do I strategically manage my rented referrals in onbux?

I created an account in the ptc site called onbux, and I've already managed to rent 3 referrals with the earnings from my daily clicks, but I'm still wondering how to manage them properly so I won't have to lose what I've earned from scratch. Could someone here describe in detail when to recycle the rented referral, which referrals to keep, etc., so I won't end up starting from nothing again? I still do not understand clearly the way to optimize my earnings in this site. I just to see if I could really earn in this ptc even without having to invest a single cent at all.
