I think that it the ultimate source of the virus still have not been removed. This source cannot be traced by Avast and what Avast can do is only to delete repeatedly the supplementary viral files produced by this viral source. Try some virus softwares with good reputations such as kaspersky or norton. Maybe they can remove the viral source. Or you can install a different browser to escape the infection from the existing browser if you think that the virus is harmless. If not, I afraid that you can only resort to format your computer.

It is Worm:Win32/Pushbot.gen and I can't remove it with any antivirus software, I have tried avast, quick heal, kaspersky and norton. I can detect it with windows malware reomval tool , every time I log in to my internet the warning appears and after deleting it the same problem continues.

explorer seems to be infected. Try malware removers or just scan and clean with free spybot search$destroy program.
