Lets face it, our boss is one of the people that we are so afraid of or we hate to see specially if they are beside us watching while working. There are very few employee who loves their boss, are you one of them?

Hi dear, Even though I am not directly interact with the bosses, I like most of them in my group. The group where I am working has a 150 staff and 10-12 bosses and 4 partners and 5 directors. All are so nice and very understanding. May be it is because of ours is a multinational company with world-wide standards. The most bet thing I like is that we all the people here in the company will call their names and no more sir, or anything like. Even the top most person in the company also call by his name and except office boys all will call them by the names only. This equality among the staff and seniors made life so easy and I don’t think any of the secretaries in the group also tensed due to the heaviness of the bosses. In fact, my place also in between 2 senior secy’s and they are all much happy with their bosses. Here the advantage is that as long as their (bosses) work is got done, we need to bother at all. As much freedom and equality is another specialist. I think bosses in our company is not a nightmare to any of the staff or other colleagues in our company. Thank-s

Hi there, love your avatar, it's gumamela right? If I am not mistaken, we also have that flower here. It's nice to hear that you are living in harmony with your boss. Our boss is also like that but we still call him "sir". There are just some instances that he becomes inconsiderate and he think it is right, other than that, he's one of the coolest boss I've ever had. Have a nice day, wide smile for you :)

Hi dear, Yes it is gumamela. I think in English it is also called shoe-flower and in our language, Chemparathi. The girls in our village used to collect this flower and leave smash in a vessel and apply to hair for brightness and smoothness, instead of shampoo. I think having a good boss is always a blessing and only because of the 'boss is not good', so many girls used to leave the job. Many be by personal or profession issues, if get a good boss is always give peace of mind. I think after a long time you are back in myLot. I always used to think of you that why are not here all my old friends. Hope you enjoy life and have a nice day. Thank-s

Hi dear, One of the secretary who presently working with us once told us that she quit the earlier job because of her boss. She was new there and no secretary would stay long there, not even 2-3 months! The reason is that whenever he call the secretary inside the cabin for any job, he will ask to sit, do talk and whatever as usual. But he got a habit of keep open the zip of the pants and one she made aware of it. She desperately discussed the subject to some of the other staff over the office and they said it is his regular practice and that is the reason why people won’t stay long. However, once again she met the similar incident and she quit the job. She was telling that it is better to give a slap to such uncivilized bosses those don’t have any cultures and manners. However, are you working as a secretary to a boss or with some other position? Thank-s

Hi dear, What you said is the most deserving treatment for such bosses. Here it is so rare in these days, but still there are some old man supremacy with an old fashioned company owners, that they are thinking they are the whole. I appreciate your courage and enthusiasm. If people like you are around, we can teach them a lesson and they will remember for their life time. Hahaha!!! Thank-s

Honestly I don't know if I can do that. I know I am strong and courageous but it depends on the situation and the person involved. But definitely I will do a step to stop his pervert behavior.

I would not call it love. It's really more of respect for my boss. And this is one of the reasons why I stay in a company. Once I lose respect for my boss, then almost always I start looking for another job.

In my company, we all love our ex-boss who are really care of his employee, no matter what we request, he will try to fulfill what we want, if it really cannot be done, he will tell us earlier or replace with another method that can compensate us. But ever since he left the company, and there came another boss who are so selfish and everyday keep showing a angry face to us, non of use like him and some people are leaving just because of him.

There is something wrong if you love your boss. All the while, the employers and the employees have the conflict of their interest. Your boss might like you if he or she appreciate of your contribution. If your boss love you very much, it can be due to your pretty figure or if you love your boss very much because of his wealth and his handsome figure, then this will be a different story. We never love our boss. It is the same to the boss.

Oh, we have a very civil relationship, professional I must say. She tells me what to do to make my work better and suggest ideas on my work. I respect her because she's been in the business for some time and she knows the trade well. I am civil with her ans she's same with me and I think we'll be doing fine for a longer time!

Yes, i really love my boss! She may be younger than me by more than 10 years , but she knows how to appreciate my works. I was even told by one of the managers, that she told her that i am very good in communication, oral and verbal. When she instructed me to make something, she would be glad that i get it as she had instructed me. Most of all, i love her because she is so generous and helpful. Whenever i need a big amount for our daughter's tuition fee, she would readily lend me. Not only that, on our ( all executive assistants for every company she handles) birthdays, she would give us a bouquet of flower, cake , and pancit as blow-out at the office. I am lucky i have a boss like her and i thank God for that.
