It seems like they're getting repercussions for the use of the Yahoo trademark. Although they mentioned that they are not associated with Yahoo, by putting up a sign board saying "This is not a company of Yahoo Inc..." it actually gives members idea that the sites are related to each other. Members then go out and promote saying the site is affiliated with Yahoo. I was able to copy/paste the following message before the error turned to 'Not found' "Site is down for now! We have some problems with our Domain name and Yahoo! Inc., witch is the exclusive owner of trademark and other intellectual property rights in and to the RIGHT MEDIA trademark. But how I said many and many times- This is NOT a company of Yahoo! Inc. But we have used Yahoo! TM and we are really sorry for that, we didnt realize that! Please accept this as a "public apology". Give us few next days to deal with this problem. Again, please accept our deepest apologies. " With an issue of 'intellectual property rights' who knows if they'll be able to bounce back. What do you think?

Greetings, I believe this RightMedia company is not legit. If you noticed, all the posting on the website has spelling mistakes. When is the last time you seen a real company make spelling mistakes in the announcements? In addition, the website is always down. I see nothing but a bunch of red flags being waved here, I'd stay away until they get things straight, if they are legit. Kindest regards, fathom

I noticed all those spelling mistakes right away and that to me was off-putting In the end I joined under a friend here but I was/am not happy with it at all and I doubt that we will see it back again.

i think this site will never return back as they break a IPR Law. Yahoo can file a lawsuit and can make the owner bankrupt. Whatever the result may be but it is unlikely that this site will return.

I think we should wait before we judge them. From what I have read, many have cashed out their money and many are still waiting for their money. Maybe it is a sign that they are legit. Another sign it that the Admin of the forum (I don't know if it is the owner though) is constantly posting and replying to their users. But what I don't understand is why are there so many problems with the site. Do they have enough experience in this kind of market? Is their decisions based on research? And why they haven't planned the site well with all the legalities involved? I think they should clear this up ASAP before their users get mad and crucify them. (Many have already invested much in the site)
