How do I correct expression?

How do you feel when you lose someone? How do you express when you lose the person you love or important for you? Why am I difficulty in expressing my emotions? Because I've lost an important person for me,(Boyfriend, friend, brother) So, I do not know necessarily how to put up an expression by me.

Sad, disappointed and who would empty and hollow. As much as possible expression of will I make with brave and wise attitude, however, life must go on. I understand if you're tough, but do not get worse with the state to pray and keep the spirit.

We lose someone all the time. We just have to accept that. If you feel like you're going to correct someone than that feeling is not at all correction of oneself but rather the feeling of apologizing to someone.

Sad. Because it can not be found anymore. Expression is something that we display. There is an expression of behavior, there are facial expressions (nonverbal), no verbal expression. If you lose, if you can not cry, at least this heart feels like exploding. Crying in the liver. If you can not cry, I will write in a diary. How can say difficult? Are there people who say you look quite right? One way to empathize is to display the appropriate expression when faced with something. Depending on the situation. Put just impatient expression. Not complaining, lamenting that's gone, do not curse yourself, do not feel useless, unwavering, unyielding, and in good spirit. Put sincere expression. Accepting that go with the roomy chest, no longer concerned about whathad past .

Sad, disappointed, that's the general thing is for sure there and felt. I tend to "disguise", trying not to show feelings of sadness, I tried to be fair, let alone knew I was sad. I think that's a personality issue, it's nothing like it, and even like you, ask how the expression of it. Do not be taken dizziness, realize that human nature is different individual. But better that way not too mired in sadness than it makes other people worry over you like that? Remain grateful.

I guess that is hard, sometimes we just have to cry inside and go on..time heals but hopefully your friends will know you are hurting inside and be there for you.
