What if your Birthday is FEBRUARY 29? How old are you now?

I guess if you're gonna be literal about the whole thing, then your age would be the number of calendar years since you were born divided by 4 :) Well, those born on February 29 celebrate their birthdays annually and count their age the same way as anyone else. Complications however happens when legalities are involved. Like when you're getting a driver's license at age 16, for example, and it's a non-leap year, there may be a slight problem on the exact day you could apply for one. Is it Feb, 28 or March 1?
