pls tell me the names of newest and latest ptc which ays like neobux and most of all it is new so it offers premium mebership for first 5000 or 6000 people i need free premium or gold membership giving site for first few thousands of members pls post the name of ptc site and then your user name so i can join as your referrals please don,t give links just your username and site.

Not free upgrade, but really good, and the admin is so honest, he will help you even if it was you who made a mistake like not reading TOS properly.

No site is going to give you free Premium or Gold Membership. You have to pay for it. They usually offer Pioneer membership but that is the same as being a standard member. The only difference usually is that a Pioneer can have more direct and rented referrals plus get lower rental fees. But referral commission wise. it's the same with standard members.
