exercise tips please

i use to exercise a lot at home and at the gym but lately i do not have the time. i am planning to start exercising again...any tips on works that works on you? thanks

Afetr a long day at work, sitting at the desk, I need to exercise too to be refreshed. My favorite way has been jogging. If the weather is favorable,after I get back home from work, I would go out to the park near my house and go jogging for atleast 30 minutes. I have found that to be a way to keep healthy. Do you like jogging ?

i like walking more...lol.i would probably jog too, unfortunately, i need to travel to go to a park or place that is safe and free from pollution - but my friend did said that jogging makes her feel good right after.cheers to that! =D
